Aman
iman
And now for the story:
The journey begins with a free roaming among the sandy-coloured spirals
around the labyrinth, which suggest a spiritual desert.
At a certain moment, one starts to look for meaning and one enters (on
the drawing at the bottom) a labyrinth of dogmatic thinking, be it political,
religious or philosophical.
And indeed, after a long trip one arrives at the centre to discover
a basic wisdom; here that is: Aman iman, water is life.
From there one continues the same way of thinking, until one leaves
the strict labyrinth and realises on the further journey that the Thruth,
found after a long walk on the beaten tracks, actually is everywhere
around us.
Only then you can leave the Path and attain a true Freedom of Thought.
(Not so bad for someone who doesn't think a lot of woolly idea's, is
it?)
